Prenatal Care Program

Mount Sinai South Nassau Prenatal Care Program

Your baby deserves a healthy start. That's why the staff at Mount Sinai South Nassau’s Prenatal Care Program uses an entire network of resources to provide medical, nutritional, educational and social support to help local moms-to-be, like you, have a healthy pregnancy and delivery.

Offered through Mount Sinai South Nassau Family Medicine (in Oceanside only), the Prenatal Care Program is a specially funded program that has been accredited to provide this full-service, multidisciplinary prenatal care through the New York State Department of Health.

Early, routine prenatal care is critically important because it helps mothers to have healthier birth outcomes, by reducing the risk of low birth weight and loss. Low-birth-weight babies are more likely to have medical problems such as breathing difficulties.

Through the Prenatal Care Program, and our exceptional team of physicians and nurses, you will receive the quality prenatal care necessary to meet the needs of you and your baby.

Take the first step to securing your baby's future. Call us at (516) 255-8400.
