At South Nassau, our patient-centered initiatives include programs and activities designed to not only ensure we’re providing a high standard of care to all our patients, but also to meet the special needs of the communities we serve.

Patient Advocate
Established to ensure that all patients and their families receive the quality care, respect and attention they deserve, our Patient Relations program works to assist patients while they navigate the health care system processes and to resolve concerns about any aspect of their health care experience.

With personal assistance available in both English and Spanish, our professionals are readily available to discuss patient or family member anxieties, answer questions and resolve problems. To speak with a Patient-Relations representative, call 632-3414. For bilingual assistance, call 632-3484.
